As a consultant, he has helped develop bicycle plans for the cities of Berkeley and San Francisco. He is also an Effective Cycling instructor certified by the League of American Bicyclists. The character of a judge was named for him on the television program “Hill Street Blues.” He lives in Palo Alto, a city renowned for its bicycling activities. |
